I love how creative and free flowing it is to design something of your own style and taste.

I like to shop at a lot of local boutiques. I like to shop at a lot of local boutiques. There are a lot of different choices, and you buy things people can't get in malls.

Who is your favorite designer?
Hard one. I guess it depends on what I’m looking for. Like for evening wear, I love Monique Lhuillier and Michael Kors for ready-to-wear. My favorite of all time is Giorgio Armani.
Who do you think inspires your work the most?
I don’t know if one particular person inspires me the most. I take little things from here and there, but I always try to design for the every day person. I won’t make something if I wouldn’t wear it myself.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I really want to do bridal and evening wear, so I’m praying that in 10 years you will see an A-list celebrity wearing one of my creations down the red carpet.
What is one fashion item that you can’t live without?
Basic white shirts or blouses – you can dress them up or down and pair them with practically anything!
